Keeping You and Your Pet Happy
At Alihan, we strive for complete satisfaction for both you and your furry friend. If something isn't quite right with your purchase, you can easily return most items within 7 days of receiving them.
What Can Be Returned?
- Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags still attached, and in the original packaging.
- You must have a receipt or proof of purchase.
- We does accept "change of mind" returns, however we charge a restocking fee of 10%.

How to Make a Return
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return.
- We'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Important: Don't send anything back without first getting return authorization - unauthorized returns won't be accepted.

What Happens After We Receive Your Return?
- We'll carefully examine the returned item and notify you within a reasonable timeframe about the approval or rejection of your return.
- Approved Returns: You'll receive a full refund via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please factor in additional processing time by your bank or credit card company.
- Rejected Returns: We'll contact you to explain why your return was rejected and, if applicable, arrange for the item to be returned to you.
Damaged or Incorrect Items?
- Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@alihan.com.au . We'll promptly address the issue to ensure your satisfaction.
- In such cases, we'll also cover the return shipping costs.
What Can't Be Returned?

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom-made products
- Personal care items (beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
For the quickest exchange, simply return your original item following our return policy and then place a new order for the desired item.
Refund Processing Time
- You'll receive notification once your return is processed and approved.
- The refund will be automatically issued within 10 business days.
- Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
- If over 15 business days have passed since your return approval, contact us at info@alihan.com.au.

- We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items.
